Article Marketing--How To Do It Right
You're probably asking, "how can I get traffic with article marketing? For FREE traffic.
Ok, here's how it works. The biggest thing marketers are looking for online is content.
Content is known as 'King'.
Why?...
* Simply because the search engines love content, they love it because they use it for their customers. Good content is what they thrive on.
* If the search engines find good content then their readers will be satisfied. Which means they'll come back, it it isn't good they won't.
* Which means if you have good content on your site, that search engines will visit it. If they decide it is good quality content, then your site will be ranked on their search engine, you might even get on their first page.
Now, you'll be asking...how do I get content?
1. Write it yourself 2. Get someone else to write it like Elance.com or Guru.com 3. Free PLR artilce sites.
If you're asking, what should I put in it...read on...
1. The first job is to create a good headline--Make sure you insert a key benefit 2. The next step is a good opening sentence. In here you'll summarize the topic and, list important benefits here.
3. Information--The text should list what they want to know, then answer it.
4. Next step is, you'll want to create some bullet points---Just like these one's you're looking at right NOW. It's easier for the readers eye's, hence people are more likely to read the rest of your article.
5. Make suggestions, let them know where they can go for more info.
6. What you want to do is show that you're an expert in the field. By doing this you'll gain a lot of credibility, and they'll want to look at more of your material.
* By providing good content, that helps people, they will want to read more of your articles. You will become known as an expert author.
* Where do you get your ideas. The best place is the net. An excellent place to do your research. Do a search on Google for your keyword and check out the sites with lots of pages, they'll most likely have good information. Or go to article sites like, Ezinearticles.com or Goarticles.com. Search for your topic and choose an article, don't copy it. Get an idea and write it in your own words.
* Yahoo Answers is a great place to see what others are asking questions about, look for a topic in your area, then see what some of the answers are about. This could give you some good info.
* You can check out forums or other sites where people gather. Type in your keyword and the use quotes like this, "mountain bikes". This will give you a list of groups within that niche.
* Look at news groups. These can have some good info on what you're looking for, get the ideas and write them in your own words.
